以台南祀典大天后宮龍柱之視覺要素探討文創商品設計之研究

本研究針對大天后宮的古建築形制，研究建築中蘊含的意義象徵及用途，並以視覺要素層面探討其建築中帶給人們的視覺感受及安定效果，進而加入現代科學元素，延伸建築圖像設計之商品，將傳統賦予新的生命力，使之得以傳承。本研究將主題分為四個部分：首先，逐一介紹建築形制、視覺要素、民間信仰進行介紹及解說。其次，針對建築形制延伸可應用之文創設計，選出其代表性的建築形制。第三，對於大天后宮歷史建築及時空背景，對建築之象徵意義分項解說。第四，將傳統建築中所代表之意涵延伸至後續文創商品之探討。本文以台南祀典大天后宮的信仰空間與歷史沿革作為研究之主要目標，並對於在信仰及建築中所衍生之建築、造形、儀式等神聖性意涵作深入性探討之研究，並搭配運用方法詮釋之。於建築中何處特色，給予人的視覺感受，代表用途與意義的解說，希望將以古建築形制尋找文創商品之設計要素，延伸於現代文創商品中之設計，進行新的詮釋。

The researcher focuses on old building of Grand Matsu Temple and studies the meaning and usage of the building. By visual elements, this study probes into visual effect and calmness of building perceived by people, includes modern science elements, extends products of building image design and by innovation, it creates new look of tradition to pass it to the following generations. This study classifies the theme into four: First, it introduces pattern of building, visual elements and explains private religions. Secondly, based on pattern of building, it extends the applied cultural and creative design and selects the representative pattern of building to draw the totem. Thirdly, it validates historic building and background of Grand Matsu Temple and introduces symbolic meanings of building. Fourthly, it tries to find how to extend the meanings in traditional building to cultural and creative goods. Fifthly, it applies single building characteristic to related design of cultural and creative goods and develops a series of goods. This study focuses on religious space and history of Tainan Grand Matsu Temple, probes into sacred meanings of building, statue and ritual in religion and architecture and interprets it by scientific methods. Characteristics in building, visual effect and explanation of usage and meaning will be interpreted differently in modern design.
