本研究主要探討自我效能對主管領導型態與主管部屬關係品質(Leader-member exchange,LMX)之干擾效果。本研究以台南地區科技產業與製造業員工為研究對象,共發放問卷525份,回收有效問卷共計509份,有效回收率為97%。經SPSS及AMOS分析軟體,進行驗證性因素分析、信度分析、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸分析等實證分析。 研究結果發現(1)領導型態(轉換型領導、交易型領導、放任型領導)對主管部屬關係品質有正向顯著的影響。 (2)自我效能對領導型態(轉換型領導、交易型領導、放任型領導)與主管部屬關係品質沒有干擾效果。學術與實務建議一併在此研究中討論。
This study mainly explores and discusses the moderating effect of self-efficacy on the relationships between leadership style and Leader-member exchange(LMX). It targets at the technology industry and manufacturing staffs of Tainan area. A total of 525 questionnaires were given out and 509 were returned, which equate to 97% of effective rate. The empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS through descriptive statistics, confirmative factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The main results of this study:(1)Leadership Styles(transformational leadership、transaction leadership、laissez-faire leadership),positively influence LMX. (2) There is no moderating effect Self-efficacy on the Relationship Between Leadership Style and Leader-Member Exchange. The academic and practical implications are discussed.
