應用品質機能展開法於男性保險業務員之專業形象服裝搭配方案

摘要


當今保險業務員處於競爭激烈的職場中,具備專業形象為不可或缺的基本條件。當消費者判斷保險業務員是否專業時,評估點除了保險業務員基本該具備的金融保險專業知識外,對於其外在的專業形象感覺也越加重視。本研究以品質機能展開法,找出消費者對保險業務員的服裝專業形象要求因素,為保險業務員選擇提昇專業形象之服裝搭配方案,以滿足消費者對保險業務員外在形象的要求,同時也滿足保險業務員以服裝呈現自我的信心。本研究目的為:1.找出保險業務員在工作場合中,該呈現給消費者何種服裝專業形象感覺 2. 哪種服裝專業形象感覺最符合消費者要求 3. 由服裝專業形象感覺評選出保險業務員的各工作場合之最佳服裝搭配方案。本研究結果發現 1. 保險業務員服裝搭配專業形象,以呈現給消費者「溫暖的」感覺最重要 2. 在服裝搭配方式方面,西裝外套、襯衫、西裝褲仍為保險業務員的基本款服裝,但可運用色彩、活潑圖紋、格紋、鞋、胸袋巾、領結等方式製造親和力 3. 以毛衣外套、針織衫外加於襯衫,能改變服裝搭配風格 4. 在隨緣開發場合,保險業務員該呈現最自然及真實的一面給消費者,保險業務員的服裝搭配切勿過於理性、莊重。

The research is to find out consumers’ requirements of the insurance sales’ professional apparel images by QFD Application Project. Choose the upgrading scheme of insurance sales’ apparel arrangement to satisfy consumers’ requirements of insurance sales’ external images and also satisfy the insurance sales’ self-confidence display with apparels. This research aimed to: 1. Find out what kind of professional apparel images the insurance sales want to present to consumers in working place. 2. Find out what kind of apparel professional images fill the bill of the consumers. 3. Choose the insurance sales’ best apparel arrangement scheme in every working place by evaluating the apparel professional images. The results of this research show: 1. “Warming” impression which insurance sales’ professional apparels images appeared to consumers is the most important 2. In apparels arrangement, suits, coats, shirts and trousers are still the basic clothes of insurance sales. But it will be more approachable by the use of colors, vivid figures, checkers, shoes, breast pocket scarves and bow ties. 3. Put sweater coats or knit tops over shirts, which can change clothes arrangement styles. 4. In random business development occasions, insurance sales should present their most natural and true sides to consumers. Insurance sales’ apparel arrangements should not be too rational and serious.
