微型食物森林空間設計-自然省思的回歸

食物森林空間設計的重要性，在於改造整體環境之空間，使空間得以活化利用，並透過種植可食植物，取得健康安心的食物，增加都市人的農作體驗。食物森林空間具備景觀效果及休憩價值，並促進社群間溝通交流的機會。近年來政府、研究機構與民間團體等皆積極推動「食物森林」運動，藉此改造都市巷弄內零碎的畸零地、大樓屋頂的閒置平台，增加綠化的面積。本研究主要目的係探討分析國內外食物森林案例，萃取其關鍵概念，演化設計操作手法，並應用食物森林植生構法，以研擬食物森林空間設計之操作策略，作為設計決策之參照基準。本研究微型食物森林空間，引用庭院美學元素，營造和、寂、清、幽的氛圍，並融合自然生活觀，塑造簡單樸質的生活場域。研究萃取歸納微型食物森林空間設計之核心概念，各概念元素、模式分別演化形成設計操作手法及空間構法。藉由整合設計手法、空間構法、自然美學及可食植栽，建構微型食物森林空間之設計操作策略，並據以進行創作設計。微型食物森林空間設計的意義在於建構自然永續的物質性實體空間，創作涵融自然省思的精神性心靈空間。本設計創作具體回應研究成果，以自然共生、樸門永續、分享交流、簡單樸質之設計理念，創作回歸自然省思之微型食物森林空間。

The significances of the food forest space design lie in transforming of the overall environment and allowing the space to be activated and utilized. Through the cultivation of the edible plants, urban people are able to obtain the healthy and safe food and increase their farming experience at the same time. The food forest space creates the landscape effects and the relaxation values, as well as increases the communication opportunities among communities. Recently, the government, the research institutions, and the non-governmental organizations have vigorously promoted the "food forest" movement. Thus, the fractional remainders in the urban alleys and the idle platforms of the building roofs are reassembled to increase the green area. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign food forest cases, extract their crucial concepts, evolve the design operation method, and apply the food forest planting method, in order to develop the operational strategy of food forest space design as the reference for design decision. The miniature food forest space design in this study cites the aesthetic elements of the courtyard to create a harmonious, silence, clear, quiet atmosphere, integrate the natural life perception and create a simple and pure living area. The result of this research extracts and induces the core concepts of miniature food forest space design. Every conceptual element and model is evolutionary formatted the design method and the spatial construction. Through the integrated design technique, the spatial construction, natural aesthetics and edible planting, the design and operation strategy of the miniature food forest space is constructed. The implication of miniature food forest space design is to construct a sustainable and material physical space that the design itself involves the natural introspections of the psychological spiritual space. The creative design corresponds specifically to the result of this research with the design concept of natural symbiosis, perseverance, sharing, and simple. The design creates the natural introspection and contains the spirit of the miniature food forest space.
