中學橄欖球員領導行為、參與動機、團隊凝聚力對運動表現之影響

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在橄欖球隊領導行為、參與動機、團隊凝聚力對運動表現影響之影響。根據領導行為、參與動機、團隊凝聚力及運動表現相關文獻發展而成「探討橄欖球隊領導行為、參與動機、團隊凝聚力對運動表現之影響」問卷,研究透過問卷調查法,共計發出172份,扣除無效問卷11份,最後有效問卷共161份,回收率為93.6%。並使用偏最小平方法PLS(Partial Least Squares)進行問卷分析,透過bootstrapping 反覆抽樣法,將161個有效樣本隨機且反覆抽取5000次做為參數估計與分析。 研究發現領導行為對參與動機具有正向影響;領導行為對團隊凝聚力具有正向影響;參與動機對團隊凝聚力具有正向影響;團隊凝聚力對運動表現具有正向影響。由研究結果可知學校橄欖球隊若能正視球隊教練領導行為將提升球員對球員其參與動機,且重視教練領導行為、提升球員參與動機將有效提高球員對球隊的團隊凝聚力,不僅正向正向提升球隊戰力,也相對增加球員在比賽上之運動表現。希冀本研究能夠提供學校經營者及球隊教練領導球隊參考使用,以增進教練及球員共同培養有利於對發展概念。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of sports performance on leadership behavior, participating motivation, and team cohesion on Rugby. This study develops the questionnaires of the influence of sports performance on leadership behavior, participating motivation, and team cohesion on Rugby. This study uses a Questionnaire Approach and partial least squares PLS (Partial Least Squares) for questionnaire analysis. There were 172 questionnaires sent, with 161 valid replied and 11 invalid questionnaires (with incomplete data) were excluded, the study finally returned the recovery rate 93.6%. Through bootstrapping repetitive sampling. Using 161 valid samples were randomized and 5,000 times were repeatedly taken as parameter estimation and analysis. Studies show that leadership behavior has a positive effect on participating motivation. Leadership behavior has a positive effect on team cohesion. Participating motivation has a positive effect on team cohesion. Team cohesion also has a positive effect on sports performance. From the research results, we can see that rugby team of school must focus on coach leadership behavior, because it can raise the team player participating motivation. Besides that, if rugby team of school`s manager make effort on coach leadership behavior and Participating motivation, the team cohesion also increase. The team cohesion will effectively increase, when the team cohesion increase. Finally, I hope this study can provide reference to the school`s manager and coach. For fostering the development of coach and team players of rugby to benefit the development of the rugby team.
