以計畫行為理論探討現役軍人對長期照顧計畫2.0的認知、態度與使用意願

摘要


背景:軍人大部分都是青壯年,並肩負著保家衛國的責任,但歷經衰老過程且面臨退役後,有可能會接受長期照護。然而,目前對現役軍人有關長照2.0的認知、態度與使用意願研究著墨不多。所以,瞭解現役軍人對長照2.0的議題顯得相當重要。 目的:本研究目的在探討以Ajzen計畫行為理論應用於現役軍人對長照2.0認知、態度及使用意願。 方法:採橫斷面問卷調查法,以便利取樣選取中部地區某營區261位現役軍人為研究對象。問卷採用「使用長照2.0服務意願」量表,包括認知、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及使用長照行為意願。統計分析採用描述性統計、獨立t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析與多元迴歸分析。 結果:結果顯示現役軍人的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與使用意願呈顯著高度正相關,而長照2.0認知與使用意願呈顯著低度正相關,而主觀規範、知覺行為控制為使用意願顯著重要影響因子。長照2.0認知、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對使用意願具有預測力。 結論:本研究驗證其他學者採用Ajzen計畫行為理論對長照2.0使用意願上具有正向影響。現役軍人對於政府推動長照2.0的政策是一般認同、支持且有使用的意願。推廣長照的成效仍有很大的進步,除了可提供政府於長照政策上推廣,也可在部隊招募政策制定相關決策之參酌。

Background: Most Active Servicemen are young and bear the responsibility of defending their homeland. However, as they go through the aging process and face retirement, they may require long-term care. Nevertheless, there is currently limited research focusing on the awareness, attitudes, and willingness to use Long-Term Care 2.0 among Active Servicemen. Therefore, gaining an understanding of the issues related to Long-Term Care 2.0 for Active Servicemen is of significant importance. Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the awareness, attitudes, and willingness to use Long-Term Care 2.0 among Active Servicemen using Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional questionnaire survey method to select 261 Active Servicemen from a camp in the central region for research purposes through convenience sampling. The questionnaire utilized a "Willingness to Use Long-Term Care 2.0 Services" scale, which included dimensions of cognition, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and intention to use Long-Term Care 2.0 services. The statistical analysis employed descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The results indicate that among Active Servicemen, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are significantly and positively correlated with willingness to use. Conversely, Long-Term Care 2.0 awareness is significantly weakly positively correlated with willingness to use. Subjective norms and perceived behavioral control are identified as significant influencing factors for willingness to use. Long-Term Care 2.0 awareness, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control collectively demonstrate predictive power for willingness to use. Conclusion: This study validates that, as suggested by other scholars, the Theory of Planned Behavior, as proposed by Ajzen, exerts a positive influence on the willingness to use Long-Term Care 2.0. Active Servicemen generally endorse, support, and express a willingness to use government-promoted Long-Term Care 2.0 policies. There is still significant room for improvement in promoting long-term care, not only in aiding the government's efforts in long-term care policy promotion but also in informing decisions related to military recruitment policies.
