臺中市國民小學學童所知覺之教師品格教學方式與其利社會行為之研究

A Study on the Teaching of Teachers' Characters and the Prosocial Behaviors of Students in School Children Perceived by Students in National Primary Schools in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學學童知覺教師品格教學方式及其利社會行為之情形,範疇包括探究國民小學學童知覺教師品格教學方式、學童利社會行為之差異及其相關。本研究以臺中市國民小學四、六年級為對象,研究採問卷調查法進行,研究工具為研究者自編之「國民小學學童知覺教師品格教學方式及其利社會行為之調查問卷」,並採用分層叢集抽樣,抽樣1047位,有效問卷1028份,回收率98.18%。本研究於問卷回收後,利用SPSS電腦統計套裝軟體進行平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數、Pearson積差相關等方法進行資料之處理分析。根據研究結果獲致下列結論: 一、教師品格教學方式現況達中上程度,以「勸勉教學」層面程度較佳。 二、學童利社會行為現況屬中度程度,以「合作」層面表現較佳。 三、女性學童於知覺教師品格教學方式及利社會行為表現高於男性學童。 四、女性教師在學童知覺教師品格教學層面表現優於男性教師。 五、鄉鎮郊區學校於知覺教師品格教學方式及利社會行為表現高於都會區學校,且班級數「13-24班」整體表現高於其他班級數。 六、四年級學童在利社會行為的「典範教學」及「期許教學」層面表現高於六年級學童;然而在家庭子女數、出生序及父母親教育程度無顯著差異。 七、學童知覺教師品格教學方式與其利社會行為之間呈現中度相關。 八、學童知覺教師教學方式對其利社會行為有正向預測效果。

The purpose of this study was to explore both the teaching of teachers' characters and the prosocial behaviors of students, which were perceived by students at primary schools in Taichung City. The scope included exploring the differences and corelation in the teaching of teachers' characters and the prosocial behaviors of students perceived by school children at primary schools. This study was based on the fourth and sixth graders of primary schools in Taichung City. The research method was conducted by the questionnaire survey method. The research tool is the researcher's self-compiled questionnaire for the " the teaching of teachers' characters and the prosocial behaviors of students ". The stratified random sampling was 1047, and the effective questionnaire was 1028, and the recovery rate was 98.18%. After the questionnaire was collected, the SPSS computer statistical software package was used to analyze the data by means of mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment analysis. According to the research results, the following conclusions were reached: 1. School children perceive the teaching of teachers' characters to a moderate level, with a better level of " Exhortation Teaching". 2. The current situation of social activities of school children is moderate and performs better on the level of "cooperation". 3. Female students in the perception of the teaching of teachers' characters and prosocial behaviors are higher than male students. 4. Female teachers outperform male teachers in teaching children's perception of character. 5. The performance of the teachers in the township suburbs is higher than that in the metropolitan areas. The overall performance of the class 13-24 is higher than that of other classes. 6. Fourth-grade students have higher grades of " Example Teaching"and " Expectation Teaching" than sixth-grade students; however, there is no significant difference in the number of children in the family, the order of birth and the level of parental education. 7. School children are perceived to have a moderate correlation between the teaching of teachers' characters and the prosocial behaviors of students. 8. School children's perception of the teaching style of teachers' characters has a positive predictive effect on their prosocial behavior.
