本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學教師專業學習社群互動與教學效能之關係,為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法進行,以臺中市公立國民小學教師為研究對象,採分層叢集抽樣方式發出問卷750份,回收715份有效問卷,可用率為95.33%。收回之資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理分析,獲得以下結論: 一、臺中市國民小學教師在教師專業學習社群互動現況良好,以「情感凝聚與交流」層面表現最佳。 二、臺中市國民小學教師在教師專業學習社群互動分層面表現上,會因性別、服務年資、擔任職務之不同而有差異。 三、臺中市國民小學教師之教學效能現況良好,以「班級經營管理」層面表現最佳。 四、臺中市國民小學教師在教學效能整體與分層面的表現上,會因性別不同而有差異;在教學效能分層面的表現上,會因擔任職務之不同而有差異。 五、臺中市國民小學教師專業學習社群互動與教學效能有正向關聯性。 六、臺中市國民小學教師專業學習社群互動對教學效能有正向預測力,以「專業對話與反思」的預測力最佳。 最後,依據研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育行政機關、學校、教師及未來研究之參酌。
This study was aiming to analyze the relationship between the interaction of professional learning communities of teachers from Taichung elementary schools and the teaching effectiveness of the teachers in the communities. With this stated purpose, research was conducted through questionnaire survey with teachers from Taichung public elementary schools as the population. Samples of 750 questionnaires were distributed applying Stratified Random Sampling method and 715 valid questionnaires were received resulting a 95.33% return rate. Based on descriptive statistical analysis including tools of t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression analysis. we conclude as follows: 1.The favorable interactions among teachers in professional learning communities in Taichung elementary schools were best served the purpose of “emotional bonding and uniting”. 2.The purposes of the interactions among teachers in professional learning communities in Taichung elementary schools vary due to different gender, length of service and positons of teachers. 3.The teaching effectiveness of teachers in the communities delivered favorable results, with “class management” to be the most beneficial aspect. 4.Overall and respective aspects of teaching effectiveness of teachers from Taichung elementary schools vary due to different genders, while respective aspects of teaching effectiveness of teachers in Taichung elementary schools also vary due to different positons of teachers. 5.It showed a positive correlation between interactions of professional learning communities of teachers in Taichung elementary schools and the teaching effectiveness of teachers in the communities. 6.The interactions of teachers in professional learning communities from Taichung elementary schools revealed a positive prediction on teaching effectiveness of the teachers in the communities with greatest prediction in “professional dialogues and reflection”. Finally, based on the research results, researchers provide suggestions as references to relevant education administration departments, schools, teachers and for further research.
