臺中市國民小學教師對公開授課態度及教師專業成長關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Lesson Study Attitude and Professional Growth of Elementary School Teachers in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺中市國民小學教師對公開授課態度及教師專業成長之關係,採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「教師公開授課態度量表」和「教師專業成長量表」,研究對象為108學年度臺中市市立國小教師,採用分層取樣,共發出552份問卷,回收後,有效問卷為545份,有效問卷回收率為98.73%。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS 20.0中文版本執行,採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元回歸分析等統計分析後。獲得結論如下: 一、國小教師對於公開授課的態度及教師專業成長之現況: (一)教師對公開授課態度接近中等程度。 (二)教師專業成長程度為中高程度。 二、不同背景變項的國小教師,在公開授課態度和教師專業成長的差異情形: (一)不同服務年資、擔任不同職務的臺中市市立國小教師在公開授課態度上有顯著差異。 (二)不同性別、服務年資的臺中市市立國小教師在教師專業成長上有顯著差異。 三、臺中市市立國小教師的公開授課態度與教師專業成長呈現正相關。 四、教師對公開授課「方式」的態度層面與教師專業成長的「教育專業精神與態度」層面相關程度最高。 五、「教師對公開授課目的的態度」、「教師對公開授課方式的態度」及「教師對公開授課困境的態度」三層面對教師專業成長具有預測力。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,供國民小學教師、學校行政、教育主管機關及未來研究者參考。

The main purpose of the study is to understand the relationship between lesson study attitude and professional growth of elementary school teachers in Taichung City. Questionnaire method had been applied to the teachers in elementary schools of Taichung City. The “teachers’ lesson study attitude scale” and “teachers’ professional growth scale” were used as research tools for data collection. Clusters are stratified sampling. There are 545 questionnaires valid in 552 questionnaires; The effective response rate is 98.73%. The collected data had been dealt with SPSS statistics 20.0 and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple re-aggression. The results are as below: 1.The current situation of lesson study attitude and professional growth of elementary school teachers: (1)Teachers’ lesson study attitude is close to "medium level". (2)Teachers’ professional growth is "high-intermediate level". 2.The situation of lesson study attitude and professional Growth of elementary school teachers with different background variables: (1)Teachers’ lesson study attitude with different service years and position of job have significant correlation. (2)Teachers’ professional growth with different gender and service years have significant correlation. 3.The relationship between lesson study attitude and professional growth of elementary school teachers in Taichung City are significantly positive correlation. 4.A high level of correlation between teachers’ attitude toward lesson study method and teachers’ professional attitude. 5.Teachers’ attitude toward lesson study purpose, lesson study method and lesson study dilemma show great predictability to teachers’ professional growth. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions listed below can be taken as references by teachers, schools, education authorities and future studies.
