臺中市國民小學學生家長委員會運作現況之研究

本研究旨在了解臺中市國民小學學生家長委員會之運作現況，分析各校學生家長委員會參與會務推動、校務參與、校務支援與家長會運作等現況。本研究方法為問卷調查法，研究對象為臺中市政府管轄之原都會區八區市立國民小學學生家長委員會成員，發放300份問卷回收後有效問卷272份達90.6％，分別以描述統計，獨立樣本t考驗、單因數變異數分析等統計方法分析。根據研究結果學生家長委員會運作現況結論分析歸納如下：一、在會務推動方面，整體來說是受到家長肯定的。二、在校務參與方面，對於學校事務運作是落實的。三、在校務支援方面，願意以主動協助學校務發展。四、在家長會運作方面，對學校教育效能是有助益。五、不同身分、年齡及學歷之家長會參與者，對家長委員會運作現況有不同的看法及期待。最後依據研究結論，提出幾點建議提供生家長會、學校、主管教育行政機關以及未來研究者做參考。

This purpose of the research was to understand the operations of the Taichung Public Elementary School Parent Committee. The purpose of this research was to analyze the attendance and promotion of theconference, support of the school’sbusiness and development goals, and the overall operations of the parent committee. A questionnaire was used to aid this research. The people who analyzed the data from the questionnaire are members of the Parent Committee of the National Primary School Students from the Eight Districts of the Metropolitan Area under the jurisdiction of Taichung City Government. After gathering 300 questionnaires, 272 were determined to be effective and useful questionnaires (90.6%).They were analyzed based on descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, and other statistical methods. According to the questionnaire results, the analysis of the current status of the operation of the Student Parent Committee was able to be summarized as follows: 1.Overall, successful conference attendance and promotion was confirmed byparents. 2.In terms of school businessdevelopment and operation issues, the operation and implementation of school affairs was determined to be successful. 3.In terms of supporting school business goals, parents are willing to assist and support school business development goals thru volunteer efforts. 4.In terms of operation of parents committee, it was deemed effective and beneficial to the school’s educational program. 5.Due to the research participants having different employment backgrounds, varying ages of the research participates, and different levels of educational history, participants seem to have different views and expectations of the current status of the parent committee. Many of the parents made suggestions about varying topics regarding the parent committee, school operations and administration, and future research and development topics and techniques.
