本研究旨在探討幼兒園教師社會支持與幸福感之現況以及兩者間的關係。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究。以臺中市公私立幼兒園教師為研究對象,採分層比例隨機抽樣的方式進行,共發出問卷524份,回收有效問卷422份,有效回收率達80%。問卷填答結果以平均數、標準差、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關與多元迴歸等方式進行資料處理。獲得以下結論: 一、臺中市公私立幼兒園教師的社會支持現況屬中上程度,其中以「家人情緒性支持」最高。 二、臺中市公私立幼兒園教師的幸福感現況屬中上程度,其中以「人際關係」的幸福感最高。 三、幼兒園教師的社會支持會因婚姻狀況、年齡及幼兒園規模不同而有顯著差異。 四、幼兒園教師的幸福感會因婚姻狀況、年齡、教學年資與月薪不同而有顯著差異。 五、幼兒園教師的社會支持與幸福感具有顯著相關。 六、幼兒園教師的社會支持能有效解釋幸福感, 其中以「情緒支持」對幸福感表現預測最大。 最後,根據研究結論,提出相關建議作為幼兒園教師、幼教機構與未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between social support and well-being sense of kindergarten teachers. Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the research questions of the study. A total of 422 participants were selected randomly through stratified samplings from kindergarten teachers in Taichung City. The data gathered from the questionnaire survey were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are listed below: 1. The social support of kindergarten teachers in Taichung City reaches the Middle-Upper, particularly in the “family emotional support.” 2. The well-being sense of kindergarten teachers in Taichung City reaches the Middle-Upper, particularly in the “personal relationship.” 3. Significant differences are found in the social support of kindergarten teachers by different marital status, age, and kindergarten size. 4. Significant differences are found in the well-being sense of kindergarten teachers by different marital status, age, years of teaching experience, and monthly salary. 5. There are positive correlations between social support and well-being sense of kindergarten teachers. 6. The social support of kindergarten teachers could explain effectively about their well-being sense, particularly in the aspect of “emotional support” which exhibits the prediction most. Finally, based on the study results, some suggestions were made for kindergarten teachers, preschools, and further served as references for future studies.
