本研究旨在探討臺中市國小教師擔任運動性社團活動的指導教師意願與相關影響任教之因素。研究者經由文獻探討運動性社團的基本概念、運動性社團現況與擔任指導教師因素,分析歸納出影響國小教師擔任運動性社團活動指導教師意願之因素。並探究不同背景變項的教師對於擔任運動性社團活動指導教師意願的差異與現況。本研究除透過相關文獻探討,並採用自編問卷調查進行實徵研究,以分區比例抽樣及隨機抽樣的方式,抽取100學年度臺中市公立國小教師,研究工具以「臺中市國小教師擔任運動性社團活動指導意願相關因素調查問卷」為主,發放700問卷,回收有效卷672份,問卷回收率為96%,將蒐集的資料以獨立樣本t考驗、單因子獨立樣本變異數分析、卡方檢定等統計方法進行分析與處理,獲得結論:(1)臺中市國小教師擔任運動性社團指導教師意願低。(2)臺中市國小教師擔任指導教師意願因背景變項之不同有顯著差異,在專長、職務、性別與學校規模等變項達顯著差異。但在年資、學歷與學校地區等變項則無差異。(3)不同背景國小教師在擔任指導教師意願相關影響因素,傾向於中等以上程度,且因背景變項之不同而產生顯著差異,在專長、性別、學校規模與學校地區達顯著差異,而在年資、學歷與職務則未達顯著。(4)相關影響因素與擔任指導教師意願關係,運動參與因素與意願關係呈現高等程度。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供未來研究之參考。
This study aimed to explore teaching willingness and influential factors of elementary school teachers to be couches of sport clubs in Taichung City. The researcher discusses teaching willingness and influential factors of public school teachers by the way of literature discussion sports club''s basic conception, present situations and teaching willingness, to analysis impact related subjects of public school teachers. And explore the different background variables that affect the teacher of the elementary school to be couches and the difference between teaching willingness and influential factors. Apart from the study of literature review , and using self-compiled questionnaire survey was conducted empirical studies to partition the proportion of sampling and random sampling , taking by the Academic Year 100 in public elementary school teachers of Taichung City. The questionnaire " the teaching willingness and influential factors of public school teachers to be couches of sport clubs in Taichung City "was as a research tool. This questionnaire was randomly drawn from 700 teachers of 32 elementary schools in Taichung , 672 valid samples were collected (96%) . In order to obtain conclusions,this study analyze the data by independent samples t-test, independent sample factor analysis of variance , Pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods. The results of this study were as follows: 1.The report showed the teaching willingness of the elementary school teachers in Taichung was low.2.In terms of the teaching willingness, there were significant differences between teacher’s background variables such as professional background , position, gender and school scale. 3.In terms of influential factors of teaching willingness was above moderate level. There were significant differences between teacher’s background variables such as professional background , gender ,and school scale and school district. 4. The relationship between teaching willingness and influential factors showed higher degree especially on sports participation factors. Finally, based on the findings to make recommendations for future researches.
