背景:對人類而言,「海洋深層水」扮演著重要的角色,水深200 公尺以下的海水,都可稱為,具有低溫、潔淨及富營養性等特徵,消費者購買相關食品、飲料、藥品、美容及休閒觀光等多重用途。因屬於創新產品,引起本研究對「海洋深層水」之興趣。 目的:本研究旨探討消費者對海洋深層水之認知及其提升健康促進行為,進行分析比較其差異性。 方法:在研究程序上,為更深入了解消費者對海洋深層水的認知及是否能夠成為健康促進的的一部分,以個案訪談為輔,問卷調查為主。 結果:本研究了解海洋深層水除了可以有效促進身體健康之方法,還可融合健康產業提升競爭力,為此本研究提出具體建議,期有助於能源在健康產業之永續利用。 關鍵字:消費者特性、海洋深層水、健康促進。
