中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑之態度探討:後設分析

摘要


本研究旨在於透過後設分析法(meta-analysis),針對過去有關中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑態度已完成的個別研究,做為本研究分析的對象,進行整合性的評估,以瞭解中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑後態度,及不同背景變項中小學教師態度之差異情形。經資料檢索後,蒐集25篇研究報告;再依本研究設定的登錄表進行登錄,經過信度檢核,然後採用CMA進行分析,獲得的結果以效果量的方式呈現。藉由本研究分析的結果,研究者從中探究中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑後態度;探討可能影響中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑態度的中介變項;不同背景變項中小學教師對評鑑態度之差異情形並探討中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑內涵的認知程度。最後依據研究結果,提出日後辦理教師專業發展評鑑的建議。本研究獲致下列結論: 一、 中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑的態度,重視程度高。 二、 不同試辦年份及不同研究區域是影響中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑態度之中介變項;不同教師階段及不同試辦年數反之。 三、 不同背景變項(性別、學校規模、擔任職務、最高學歷、服務年 資、年齡)中小學教師在試辦教師專業發展評鑑整體態度差異上皆達顯著水準。 四、 中小學教師對試辦教師專業發展評鑑內涵(評鑑目的、評鑑內容、評鑑規準、評鑑方式、評鑑結果的應用、配套措施)皆達高度的正向認知程度。

The purpose of this study was to understand the elementary and secondary school teachers’ attitudes toward experimental teacher professional development evaluation programs and the differences among different background variables through meta-analysis based on the evaluation programs completed in the past years. A total of 25 research reports were collected from the literature. They were put in order and set to log in the table. Through reliability test, the final data were analyzed using CMA. The results were presented by the quantity of effects. Through the data analysis, the researcher explored the elementary and secondary school teachers’ attitudes toward the evaluation programs, the intermediate variables, the differences among the background variables, and the extent they have come to know about the programs. As a result, some suggestions were made for the implementation of evaluation in the future. The conclusions were drawn as follows: 1. Elementary and secondary school teachers pay more attention to the teacher professional development evaluation programs. 2. The intermediate variables influencing the evaluation programs are “different years of experiment” and “different areas of experiment,” in reverse, “different stages” and “different number of years.” 3. Significant differences are found between different genders, school size, administrative duties, education, years of services, and age for elementary and secondary school teachers’ attitudes toward evaluation programs. 4. Elementary and secondary school teachers have high and positive awareness of the evaluation programs including goals and objectives, content, criteria, methods, application, and practices.
