摘要

本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學資訊組長的工作壓力及工作倦怠的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法，以臺中市國小資訊組長為研究對象。本研究主要目的為：臺中市國民小學資訊組長工作壓力來自於何處？臺中市國民小學資訊組長工作倦怠來自於何處？臺中市國民小學資訊組長會因畢業科系、擔任職務年資、職務別、學校規模等背景變項的不同，而有不同的工作壓力感受。臺中市國民小學資訊組長會因擔任職務年資、職務別、學校規模及人格特質等背景變項的不同，而有不同的工作倦怠感受。資訊組長的工作壓力會引起工作倦怠。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between the job stress and burnout for information coordinators at elementary schools of taichung city. The study adopted the questionnaire investigation method.The major findings of the study are as follows:What perceived the jobstress of the elementary schools of taichung city information coordinators？What perceived the burnout of the elementary schools of taichung city information coordinators？The elementary schools of taichung city information coordinators with different background variables, such as majors in college, work experience of current positions, service units and the positions, school size, perceived different levels of work stress.The elementary schools of taichung city information coordinators with different background variables, such as work experience of current positions, service units and the positions, school size, perceived different levels of burnout. The information coordinators’s job stress may cause burnout.
