現今臨床核子醫學放射性藥物以模擬與計算方式評估劑量,而聚合物凝膠劑量計(Polymer gel)具有良好的立體劑量分佈,非常適合做為放射性同位素累積劑量的劑量驗證工具。本研究目的為放射性同位素應用於NIPAM凝膠劑量計之劑量反應,針對放射藥物Tc-99m與Re-188兩種藥物劑量進行評估。 本研究劑量計結果如下: 1. 低劑量配方為Gelatin:4 %、NIPAM:4 %、BIS:4 %、THPC: 10 mM,稱為NIPAM gel。 2. NIPAM gel劑量反應敏感度:Slope:0.045 mm-1Gy-1;R2:0.996。 3. NIPAM gel低劑量線性範圍:0-3 Gy。 4. 99mTc-NIPAM gel活性劑量範圍:0-13.5 MBq。 5. 188Re-NIPAM gel活性劑量範圍:0-23.1 MBq。 NIPAM凝膠劑量計有高穩定性及高劑量線性,且不具能量依存性之特性,能提供各種放射性藥物活性強度之劑量評估,在核子醫學為最具潛力的劑量驗證工具之一。

The study of NIPAM gel dosimeter used for the radioisotopes technetium-99m and rhenium-188 doses of two drugs evaluated. The results in this study dosimeter are as follows: 1. The low dose gel composition: Gelatin: 4 %、NIPAM: 4 %、BIS: 4%、THPC: 10 mM, called NIPAM gel. 2. The dose response sensitivity of NIPAM gel: Slope: 0.045 mm-1Gy-1;R2:0.996. 3. The linear dose range of NIPAM gel: 0-3 Gy. 4. The activity dose range of 99mTc-NIPAM gel: 0-13.5 MBq. 5. The activity dose range of 188Re-NIPAM gel: 0-23.1 MBq. NIPAM gel dosimeter with high stability and high-dose linear and non-energy dependence of the properties, that can provide a variety of radiopharmaceuticals activity intensity of dose assessment in nuclear medicine for the most promising dose verification tools.
