背景及目的:台灣目前老年化、生育率低已進入高齡化社會,國內長期照顧需求將快速攀升,開放引進外籍勞工,暫時解決產業及家庭勞力不足之問題,人力照護是首要且須重視。然而,外籍看護工日漸成為台灣居家照顧重要人力資源,也關係照顧對象的生活服務之提升的展現。 研究方法:本研究將外籍看護居家照顧相關的資料及工作滿意度蒐集服務概況、相關理論,以了解外籍看護居家照顧服務員相關工作滿意度,將採問卷調查方式,作為本研究之依據。問卷共發出120份,回收120份,有效問卷回收率為100%。以SPSS for windows 17.0版統計分析軟體進行統計分析,包括敘述性統計、相關係數(Correlation)、次數分佈、卡方檢定等進行分析。 研究結果:(1)台灣家庭聘僱外籍看護員,多數不只照顧須照顧者 而已,尚有額外家庭工作,如幫傭之雜事處理。(2)宗教信仰、服務地區皆達顯著之水準。
Background and purpose:Taiwan’s aging, low fertility has entered the aging society, domestic long-term care and the rapidly rising needs to open the foreign workers to temporary solve the shortage of the industrial and household labor. The human care is a priority to require attention. However, foreign caregivers in Taiwan are becoming important home care human resources, but also on the promotion to enhance the life care services. Methods: The study of job satisfaction for foreign nursing home care is to get the related information and service profiles to collect the theories, and to understand the job satisfaction of relevant foreign nursing home care. The survey method is questionnaires. The basis for this study issued total of 120 questionnaires and were returned of 120. The effective response rate was 100%.by SPSS for windows 17.0 software for statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient (Correlation), frequency distribution, chi-square test for analysis. The results:1. Taiwan hired foreign family caregivers, the majority, not only to take care of those but also addition family works, such as domestic chores of handling. 2. Religious beliefs and service areas are significantly difference. No got higher satisfaction, 100% of Catholic religious beliefs got the low satisfaction.
