本研究透過文獻探討與問卷調查法,針對台中縣137所有申請短期就業人力的國民小學,346位行政人員進行調查,包含校長與實際運用短期就業人力之主任、組長。以自編「國民小學短期就業人力資源管理與實施成效問卷」為研究工具,探討各校對於短期就業人力資源管理策略的運用,以及實施成效。 依據本研究分析,得到以下結論: 1、國小行政人員短期就業人力資源管理,以「組織管理」表現最佳,「人力訓練」有進步的空間。 2、在國小短期就業人力資源實施成效中,以「工作表現」表現最佳。 3、資深行政人員對於短期就業人力資源管理與實施成效的知覺較為明顯。 4、職務為「校長」之行政人員對於短期就業人力資源管理知覺較為明顯。 5、中小型學校對短期就業人力管理知覺較高,實施成效滿意度也較佳。 6、國小行政人員短期就業人力資源管理知覺越佳,實施成效滿意度越佳。 7、短期就業人力資源管理能有效預測實施成效,以「招募任用」較具預測力。
This research uses the literature discussion and the questionnaire survey procedure. 346 administrative personnel from 137 elementary schools which have shot-term employment manpower in Taichung county took the role as the questionnaire respondents. In order to understanding the short-term manpower utilization and result. According to conclusions of all data, this research reaches seven conclusions. 1. Shot-term employment human resource management in elementary school organizes to manage the performance to be best, the manpower training has the progress space. 2. Shot-term employment human resource effects in elementary school works displays to be best. 3. The senior administrative personnel is obvious regarding shot-term employment human resource management and effects consciousness. 4. Principal is obvious regarding shot-term employment human resource management consciousness. 5. The middle and small scale school is high to the short-term employment human resource management and effects consciousness 6. Administrative personnel short-term employment human resource management consciousness is better, also can be better regarding the implementation result degree of satisfaction. 7. Short-term employment human resource management can forecast effectively the implementation result, recruits the assign to have the forecast ability.
