醫院員工使用數位學習平台之相關因素探討-以中部某區域教學醫院為例

摘要


隨著時代和科技的進步,網際網路打破時間和空間的限制,成為一個新形態的學習媒介方式。 而醫療產業是一個知識密集的產業,它所提供的服務更與人體的健康密切相關,如何讓醫療專業人員在有限的時間內,應用最少的教育成本,能夠讓他們立即吸收到新知,應用在醫療服務上,是非常重要的,而數位學習是一個不錯的方式。 然而醫院員工對於用數位學習的學習方式,他們的學習狀況為何?因此想要透過本研究來探討有甚麼因素可以影響到醫院員工使用數位學習平台的意願。 本研究為橫斷性研究,以中部某區域教學醫院為研究對象,研究工具為「數位學習平台使用調查問卷」,本研究以研究期間在職之897位員工為研究母群體,並將全體員工分為醫師、護理、醫事及行政人員等四大職類,回收有效樣本數686位,回收率76.48%。蒐集之資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析法等統計方法進行考驗。 研究成果發現(1)學習動機之自我效能在性別與執業類別上有顯著差異,男性而且是醫師者其自我效能較佳。(2)學習動機或使用成效上,主管領導類型為轉換型領導者,其自我效能、專業進程、目標取向、使用滿意度及持續使用意向之得分均較高。(3)在控制工作年資及教育程度後,覺得TMS數位學習平台很容易使用非常同意者,以及覺得TMS數位學習平台對工作有幫助非常同意者,其使用滿意度及持續使用意向得分均顯著較高。 本次研究結論為學習動機各構面得分越高,使用滿意度亦越高;再者,自我效能為使用成效之首要預測因子。

With the progress of the times and technology, the limitation of time was broken by the internet. The Internet becomes a new form of learning method. The medical industry is a knowledge-intensive industry with closely to the human health. It is very important that how to improve new knowledge of medical professionals. E-learning may be a good tool for medical service in the shortest time by the least cost. How is the hospital staffs use e-learning platform in effective learning? The main purpose of this study was focused on the significant factors that affected the willingness in hospital staffs when using e-learning platform. This was a cross-sectional study by using the E-learning platform questionnaire. The study populations were collected from 897 employees working in a regional teaching hospital in Taichung. Then, study subjects (n=686, recovery rate=76.5%) were using stratified by different practice category including physician, nurse, licensed medical personnel and medical management. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, Independent-sample T test, One-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The main results were showed as follow: (1) In the domain of learning motivation, the self-efficacy score was higher in physician when compared with other category. (2) In the domain of learning motivation and using efficiency, the scores of self-efficacy, professional process, object oriented, using satisfaction and continuous using intention were higher in the person of transformational leadership. (3) After adjust length of service and education, the using satisfaction score and continuing using intention score in think TMS e-learning platform were significant high among the person with identifying TMS e-learning platform. In conclusion, the using satisfaction was also higher when higher score in each domain of learning motivation. The self-efficacy was a significant predictor for using efficiency.
