為詳盡瞭解國內執行放射治療設備之輻射安全及醫療曝露品質的作業情形,主管機關行政院原子能委員會委託中華民國醫學物理學會進行本研究,依據「輻射醫療曝露品質保證標準」針對放射治療設備所規範的項目,以書面收集及現場訪查的方式執行品保校驗查核工作。 請臨床單位提供完整的資料作為書面審查及現場訪查的參考。對於醫用直線加速器,近接治療儀,電腦斷層治療機,電腦刀,加馬刀的輸出劑量、射束能量的準確性及射束剖面平坦性與均勻性等情形作實際量測。 所有品保項目藉由資料收集與討論修改後,查核結果依循臨床單位制訂的程序書執行下,皆符合「輻射醫療曝露品質保證標準」之規定。 彙整訪查結果,包含治療設備的射束特性數據,設備分佈情形、量測儀器、劑量校驗方法以及品保作業人員等資料,提出精進品保作業之建議,希望本文的研究結果能提供臨床品保人員參考,共同提昇放射治療品質。
In order to learn more about implementation of the "radiation medical exposure quality assurance standards" and radiation safety for radiation therapy facilities in Taiwan, under the commission of Atomic Energy Council, this thesis mainly addressed on the basis of the specifications of the quality assurance standards for medical radiation exposure, we reviewed the literature on quality assurance and on-site inspection to ensure their quality assurance procedures. This study will be performed by worksheet review and audit site visits, methods of QA procedure will be ask to provide for on-site inspection, at each site, we measured the accuracy of the energy output and beam energy of radiotherapy equipment, as well as the flatness and uniformity of beam profiles. Examination results obtained by following the clinical procedures were within the ranges stipulated in the quality assurance standards for medical radiation exposure. We developed a national database for the accuracy and quality control of dosimetry in radiotherapy by visiting domestic medical institutions that provide radiotherapy treatment. The database can serve as a basis for reviewing the effects of the quality assurance standards for medical radiation exposure and improving quality assurance policies related to medical radiation exposure. In addition, the database can serve as a reference for clinical units seeking to enhance the quality of technologies used in radiotherapy and to strengthen the integrity of quality assurance measures related to medical radiation exposure.
