臺中市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作價值觀與教學效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作價值觀與教學效能的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以105學年度臺中市公立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象進行調查,問卷總計發出617份,回收有效樣本600份,回收率97%。所蒐集之資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料處理分析,獲得以下結論: 一、公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作價值觀的現況屬於中高的程度,其中以「安全與安定」層面最高。 二、公立幼兒園教保服務人員教學效能的現況屬於中高的程度,其中以「教學互動」層面最高。 三、不同年齡、服務年資、教育背景、職務、學校規模的公立幼兒園教保服務人員在「工作價值觀」上有顯著差異存在。 四、不同年齡、服務年資、教育背景、職務、學校規模的公立幼兒園教保服務人員在「教學效能」上有顯著差異存在。 五、公立幼兒園教保服務人員的「工作價值觀」和「教學效能」有顯著的正相關。 六、公立幼兒園教保服務人員的「創新發展」、「服務人群」、「成就聲望」三項工作價值觀對整體「教學效能」具有預測力。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出具體建議,供教育行政主管機關、幼兒園主管、幼兒園教保服務人員、及未來研究之參考。 關鍵詞:公立幼兒園教保服務人員、工作價值觀、教學效能

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between working values and teaching effectiveness of public preschool educators in Taichung City. The researcher used the questionnaires to investigate the views of the public preschool educators in Taichung City in 2016 academic year. A total number of 617 questionnaires were distributed, and there were 600 effective responses, yielding a response rate of 97%. Statistical analysis were conducted using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results were summarized below: 1.The status of the public preschool educators’ work values reached medium-high level, and the "Safety and stability" was rated the best performance. 2.The status of teaching effectiveness of the public preschool educators reached medium-high level, and among all items, the "Classroom interaction" was rated the best performance. 3.There are significant differences in work values as the public preschool educators’ background such as age, seniority, educational background, duties and school scale differ. 4.There are significant differences in teaching effectiveness as the public preschool educators’ background such as age, seniority, educational background, duties and school scale differ. 5.There were significantly positive correlations between "Working values" and "Teaching effectiveness" of the public preschool educators. 6.The following three items, "Innovation and development", "Service for people" and "Achievements and prestige" for the public preschool educators were predictable indicators of their overall "Teaching effectiveness". Finally, according to the findings shown above, some suggestions were given to the education administrative authorities, kindergarten supervisors, preschool educators and future researchers.
