臺中市國民中學教師情緒管理與幸福感關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國中教師情緒管理與幸福感之關係。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究,選取臺中市公立國中教師530位為研究樣本,將調查所得的資料以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與多元迴歸分析等方法,進行資料處理與分析。歸納本研究結果如下:(一)臺中市國中教師具有中高程度的情緒管理能力與中高程度的幸福感。(二)不同年齡的國中教師在整體情緒管理有顯著差異。(三)不同年齡、年資及擔任職務的國中教師在整體幸福感有顯著差異。(四)臺中市國中教師在情緒管理與幸福感之間呈現顯著正相關。(五)臺中市國中教師的情緒管理對幸福感具有預測力。最後根據以上研究結論提出建議,作為教育行政單位、學校、國中教師以及未來研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of teachers’ emotional management and well-being of 530 public junior high school teachers in Taichung City. Questionnaire survey has been utilized as the research method and descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were summarized as followings: first, junior high school teachers in Taichung City perceived a high-intermediate level on emotional management, and a high-intermediate level on well-being. Second, Age indeed caused a significant difference in the overall emotional management. Third, in terms of the junior high school teachers’ well-being, significant differences were found in age, years of teaching experience, and administration positions. Fourth, there was a significantly positive correlation between teachers’ emotional management and well-being in Taichung City. Fifth, There is predicting of emotional management for the junior high school teachers in Taichung City on well-being. According to the conclusions of this study, some suggestions were offered as references for the educational correlated organizations, schools, teachers, and studies in the future.
