臺北市國民中學教師參與休閒現況與影響因素之探討

摘要


本研究旨在臺北市國中教師參與休閒活動現況與影響因素之探討,採用問卷調查法,以「國中教師休閒活動參與動機與阻礙調查問卷」為研究工具,針對臺北市國中教師按立意抽樣方式進行。問卷資料以SPSS For Windows 20.0 版,以t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析,結果發現:一、在參與休閒活動頻率最高為上網,依次是看電視,閱讀書報,以「娛樂性休閒活動」最高,其次是「遊憩性休閒活動」,「體育性 休閒活動」最低。二、在參與動機上以「心理需求」最高,其次是「健康適能」, 以「成就獲得」的參與動機最低。三、在阻礙因素上以「結構阻礙」最高,其次是「家庭阻礙」,以「人際阻礙」的阻礙因素最低。四、不同背景變項之國中教師在參與動機上有達顯著差異的是,不同年齡、不同教學年資、不同學校規模之國中教師;在阻礙因素上有達到部份顯著差異的是,不同婚姻暨家庭狀況。五、台北市國中教師在休閒活動參與動機與阻礙的研究是高動機低阻礙的負相關。

Abstract The study aims is understand, impact factors for the leisure planning of junior high school teacher in Taipei city. The questionaire method was used "the questionaire of the teachers' motivations and obstales of participation in leisure activities ". This study was emphasized vin Taipei junior high school teachers for a sampling survey. The research data was analyzed by SPSS For Windows 20.0 version. The statistics were utilized "t-test", "one-way ANOVA", and "Pearson's product-moment correlationcoefficient". The results were as following: 1. The top three leisure activities in sequence are: surfing the net, watching TV and reading. The most common type was "entertainment", "outdoor leisure" and "athletic activity". 2.The motivations of participation in leisure activity, "mental needs" was higher than "physical fitness" and "achievement acquire". 3.The obstacles of participation in leisure activities, "working obstacle"was the highest, followed by "family obstacle" and "relationship obstacle" 4.The motivation of participation in junior high school teachers were found the difference on ages, years of teaching, and type of school. 5.There was negative correlation between motivation and obstacles on junior high school teachers in Taipei.
