臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員學習區規劃理念與實際運作之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員學習區規劃理念與實際運作之現況,並探討其學習區理念與學習區規劃、學習區實際運作間之關係及預測力。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中市國民小學附設幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象進行分層抽樣調查,共抽選55所國小附設幼兒園之教保服務人員共330人為研究對象;使用工具為研究者自編之「臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員學習區規劃理念與實際運作關係之研究問卷」,並將調查所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定分析、積差相關以及多元迴歸等統計方式進行分析。獲致研究結果如下: 一、臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員「學習區理念」整體現況屬於「良好的程度」。 二、臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員在學習區規劃與實際運作之現況屬「良好的程度」。 三、不同背景變項之臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員在學習區理念之差異情形:(一)不同年齡、教學模式之教保服務人員在學習區理念上的差異達顯著水準。(二) 不同教學年資、學歷、職務之教保服務人員在學習區理念上的差異皆未達顯著水準。 四、不同背景變項之臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員在學習區規劃與實際運作之差異情形:(一)不同年齡之教保服務人員在「學習區運作與理念是否相符」層面的差異達顯著水準。(二) 不同教學模式之教保服務人員在「學習區運作與理念是否相符」層面的差異達顯著水準。(三) 不同教學年資、學歷、職務之教保服務人員在學習區規劃與實際運作上的差異皆未達顯著水準。 五、臺中市國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員在學習區整體規劃、教師理念與學習區之間皆有相關。 六、臺中市國小附設幼兒園保服務人員在學習區整體規劃及教師理念對學習區整體理念有預測力 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,供教育主管單位與教保服務人員參考。

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the educators’for planning theories and practicing of learning area. In this study, I use the questionnaire survey method to conduct the stratified random sampling survey with the educators’for planning theories and practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in Taichung. A total of 330 educators were selected from 55 affiliated preschool of elementary school. The questionnaire was collected and analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, One-way Analysis of Variance, Chi-square Test Analysis, Pearson Product-moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The overall situation of the educators’for planning theories and practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in Taichung is "high positive situation". 2. The educators’for planning theories and practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in Taichung of the status quo is "high positive situation." 3. Different background changes the educators’ for planning theories in affiliated preschool of elementary school in Taichung of the differences between the concepts: (1) Different ages, teaching patterns in the learning area of the differences in the concept of significant level. (2) Different teaching years, education, duties in the learning area of the differences are not significant level. 4. Different background changes the educators’ for practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in Taichung of the differences between the concepts: (1) The difference between the different age in the "learning area operation and the concept" is significant. (2) The difference between the different teaching models in the "learning area operation and the concept is consistent" level of significant level. (3) different teaching years, education, duties in the study area planning and practical operation of the differences are not significant level. 5. The educators’ for planning theories and practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in the study area of the overall planning, teacher ideas and learning areas are related. 6. The educators’ for planning theories and practicing of learning area in affiliated preschool of elementary school in the study area of the overall planning, the concept of teachers on the overall concept of learning area has the ability to predict This study is based on the results of the study to discuss, and further recommendations for education units and teaching staff for reference.
