大學生手機成癮與運動習慣對睡眠品質之影響探討

摘要


目的:本研究目的在探討大學生手機成癮與運動習慣對於睡眠品質之影響,瞭解大學生手機成癮與運動習慣對睡眠品質之關係,再進一步分析手機成癮與運動習慣對睡眠品質之影響分析。 方法:採用橫斷調查法,以結構式問卷為調查工具,問卷內容包含四個部分,分別是人口學資料、手機成癮評量表與運動習慣自評以及匹茲堡睡眠品質量表。研究對象為中部某科技大學依不同體育課程抽樣涵蓋一到四年級等學生以班級為單位做問卷的發放,發放時間為2017年1-2月,實際現場發放問卷調查蒐集資料。實際發放份數共650份,收回618份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為95%。 結果:手機成癮方面,男性比女性有顯著差異。運動習慣方面,女性比男性有顯著差異。睡眠品質方面,女性比男性有顯著差異。手機成癮與運動習慣兩者方面,發現在不同運動時間有明顯差異。手機成癮與睡眠品質兩者方面,干擾日間功能與睡眠品質總分有明顯差異。手機成癮、運動習慣與睡眠品質三者方面,睡眠時間與睡眠品質總分之間有明顯差異,進一步分析手機成癮、運動習慣對睡眠品質之相關分析,發現在運動習慣與睡眠品質呈現正相關,也就是運動時間、運動天數愈高睡眠就愈好,但在手機成癮與睡眠品質呈現負相關,手機成癮程度愈高睡眠品質就愈差,進一步分析發現,運動習慣對於手機成癮與睡眠品質無顯著的中介影響效果;手機成癮與運動習慣對於睡眠品質的影響關係上沒有顯著的干擾效果。 結論:大學生應減少對手機的使用頻率,增加運動的時間,非必要不使用智慧型手機,多運動,少低頭,政府、教育相關單位多關心手機成癮及睡眠障礙之相關疾病,共同攜手來宣導及解決手機成癮之問題,進而促進規律運動習慣與養成良好睡眠品質。

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore the impact caused by exercise habits and smart phone addiction on sleeping quality of college students, to understand the relationship between college students' smart phone addiction and exercise habits, and to analyze the influence of smart phone addiction and exercise habit on sleep quality. Methods : The questionnaire was used as the survey tool. The questionnaire consisted of four parts: demographic data, smart phone addiction assessment table and exercise habit, and the Pittsburgh sleep quality scale. The study was conducted by the University of Science and Technology in the middle of the year according to the different physical education courses. The students were asked to send the questionnaires as class in the first grade to the fourth grade. The time that the questionnaire was distributed was from January to February in 2017. A total of 650 copies were distributed; 618 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective questionnaire took 95%. Results : There were significant differences between males and females in terms of smart phone addiction. As to exercise habits and sleep quality, women are significantly different than men. Significant differences are also found in smart phone addiction and exercise habits both in different exercise time. Smart phone addiction and sleep quality both, interference between daytime function and sleep quality total score is significantly different. There were significant differences between sleep time and sleep quality score. There was a significant difference between smart phone addiction and exercise habit and sleep quality. It was found that exercise habits and sleep quality showed positive related, that is, exercise time, the higher the number of days of exercise the better sleep, but in the smart phone addiction and sleep quality was negatively correlated with the higher degree of addiction to sleep, the worse the quality of sleep. Further analysis found that exercise habits for smart phone addiction have no significant effect of sleep on the quality of sleep effects; smart phone addiction and exercise habits for the impact of sleep quality on the relationship has no significant interference effect. Conclusion : College students should reduce the frequency of use of smart phone , increase the time of exercise, and use less smart pones. Government and education-related units are suggested to pay more concern on students’ smart phone addiction and sleep disorders related diseases, so as to solve the problem of smart phone addiction, and then promote the regular exercise habits and develop good sleep quality.
