里民對里長服務項目重視因素之研究—以台中市南屯區同心里為例

摘要

本研究探討里民對里長服務項目之重視因素，並選定50 位同心里里民作為研究對象，經由親自訪問瞭解里民的需求，並歸納整理里民對服務項目所重視的因素，設計第一階段問卷發放給予同心里里民，依其認為的重要因素進行勾選。
問卷回收後經過統計得到重要因素，再設計第二階段問卷，將其結果用套裝軟體統計，得知里民對里長服務項目重視因素的面向權重值由高而低順序分別為「里民生活問題」、「里內居家安全問題」、「里內道路交通設施及排水問題」及「里內居民安寧與清潔問題」。
重視關鍵因素之整體權重值以「宣導訊息及為里民爭取更多補助津貼」、「爭取及辦理里內弱勢族群關懷救助」、「提請市政府增加里內監視器」、「加強里內居家安全防護工作」及「與里民良性互動及對里民一視同仁待遇相同」為排序前五項，而以「提請市政府妥善規劃里內停放汽機車空間」、「辦理適齡適性之里民活動並廣為宣傳」、「流行及傳染病宣導及病媒防治」、「加強里內垃圾清運」及「提請市政府確實維護里內排水系統順暢」為排序最後五項。本研究據此提出四項具體建議供作參考。

This study explores the factors that village residents attach importance to the service items of village chief. Fifty Tongsin village residents were selected as the research objects. Through personal visits, the needs of village residents were understood. The factors that village residents attach importance to the service items were summarized and sorted out. In the first stage, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the Tongsin village residents and selected according to the important factors they think. After the questionnaire was collected, the important factors were obtained. Then the second stage questionnaire was designed and the results were counted by software package. It was found that the weight-oriented values of the factors that village residents attach importance to village chief's service items were in the order from high to low were "village residents life problem", "village home safety problem", "village road traffic facilities and drainage problem" and "village residents' tranquility and cleaning problem".
The overall weight values of the key factors were listed, the first three items were ranked as "information dissemination and more subsidies for village residents", "soliciting and dealing with the care and assistance of the vulnerable ethnic groups within the city government", and "inviting the city government to increase the internal monitor". The last three items were "properly planned for the parking space of village", "conducting age-appropriate activities for village residents and publicizing widely", and "epidemic and infectious diseases propaganda and vector control". Four specific suggestions were put forward for reference.
