金融科技的快速發展,帶來劇烈甚至破壞性的創新,進而逐漸衝擊傳統金融產業營運模式,這也將改變具有悠久歷史的傳統金融服務業,銀行、證劵公司、期貨公司等金融業者面對日異創新的金融科技,要如何將現有的資源結合金融科技技術並有效降低成本,帶給消費者不同的體驗來提升金融服務效率與品質,所以本研究旨在探討金融科技創新與臺灣金融機構服務品質提升之研究。本研究運用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)為主要研究方法,先建立一個目標的層級結構,將層級架構以及整體層級權重進行統計,發放問卷給予專業學者進行調查,回收問卷得到各個層面評估構面與準則之間的關係與相對重要性。
The rapid development of financial technology has brought dramatic and even disruptive innovation. It not only influences the business style of traditional financial industries but also alter the historical traditional financial services, such as banks, stock companies, futures companies. Nowadays, financial business has to face fast-changing technologies, which may cause challenges. The challenges are how to combine resources to financial technologies to reduce the cost and deliver new experiences to customers in order to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of financial service. As a result, this research is mainly focus on innovation of financial technology and improving the quality of financial service. The methodology would be fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Firstly, Hierarchical structure would be created to compare with overall structure. Secondly, Questionnaire would be send to professionals. Last but not least, the data would be collected in order to analyze the relatively importance and relationship between hierarchical structure and the overall standard.
