越南新住民女性人格特質與生活適應關係之研究

本研究旨在探討越南女性新住民人格特質與生活適應情形之關係，並根據研究結果提出具體建議，以提供新住民服務中心及相關單位參考。本研究採用問卷調查法，利用在台灣的越南新住民女性實地施測，以客觀真實的資料，作為分析討論之依據，輔以國內外相關文獻資料的蒐集，予以進行歸納、探討與分析。根據研究發現，本研究獲致結論如下：一、越南新住民女性人格特質傾向嚴謹型。二、越南新住民女性文化適應情形良好。三、子女數不同、教育程度不同、來台之前的居住地區、來台之後的居住地區、居住台灣期間其生活適應有顯著差異。四、越南新住民女性人格特質與生活適應呈現顯著相關。五、越南新住民女性人格特質對生活適應具有影響力。

The purpose of the study is to explore the relationships between personality traits of new immigrant women from Vietnam and their life adaptation in Taiwan. Based on the results of the study, we make specific suggestions to the New Immigrant Service Center and the proper authorities for their reference. The method to carry out this study was using questionnaires, including questions and statements to which the new Vietnam immigrants were expected to respond here in Taiwan authentically. Apart from questionnaires, we also use documentation both at home and abroad to conduct the survey analysis. According to the findings of the study, we obtain the following results: 1.The personality traits of new Vietnam immigrant women incline Conscientiousness. 2.The new Vietnam immigrant women adapt well to their lives in Taiwan. 3. Life adaptation are obviously different for those who with different members of children, with different educational backgrounds, with different resident places before and after they came to Taiwan, and with different lengths of residence in Taiwan. 4.The personality traits of new Vietnam immigrant women are highly relevant to the life adaptation. 5.The personality traits of new Vietnam immigrant women have highly positive influence on the life adaptation.
