產出組合變動對台灣國際觀光旅館業生產力之影響

A Study of the Impact of Changes in Output Mix on the Malmquist Productivity Index in Taiwan’s Hotel Industry

摘要

本文探討2006至2009年74家台灣觀光旅館之生產力變動，利用Färe et al.,(1994)生產面Malmquist TFP生產力指數，再細分為生產技術效率變動指數(effch)、技術變動指數(techch)、純技術效率變動指數(pech)與規模效率變動指數(sech)等。在2006年到2009年間，規模無效率是造成台灣地區74家觀光旅館生產技術無效率的主要來源。生產技術下降抵銷了因規模效率改善所引起生產技術改善，是造成TFP生產力下降的主因。估計期間受評估觀光旅館是有3.06%的生產面OME生產力上升。是由OM生產力無法測量。

This paper discusses Taiwan tourists travel Hall of productivity changes, that use of Färe et al., (1994) production-Malmquist TFP productivity index, subdivided for the production of technical efficiency change index (effch), technical change index (techch), pure technical efficiency change index (pech) and scale efficiency change index (sech). The scale inefficiency is caused by 74 tourist hotels in Taiwan producing the main source of technical inefficiency between 2006-2009. Offset by a decline in production technology to improve efficiency of scale caused by improved production technology, is the main cause of decreased productivity caused by TFP. Estimated by the assessment during the tourist hotels are 3.06% of the production-OME increased productivity. Productivity is not measured by the OM.
