摘要

本文以模組化與產業結構之自然演進探討我國IC產業鏈整合模式，以知識創新為核心，分析了企業的知識機制和存在網絡外部性情況下，鼓勵知識創新的制度安排和政策規制的新思絡。因此，本研究提出了產業鏈的知識整合、價值模組整合與產品整合的三維度模型，分析了產業鏈整合的實現模式，進一步探討了實現這三種整合的組織形式。最後，以我國IC產業的發展過程進行案例分析，對模組化產業鏈整合理論進行理論驗證，並獲得對於促進我們產業升級、發展模組化產業的有益啟示。

Based on the evolution of industry modularization and structure, the study intends to explore the integration model of Taiwan’s IC industry chain. Next, centering on knowledge innovation, the study analyzes the encouragement of knowledge innovation system and new approaches to policy-making under current knowledge mechanism and external conditions. Eventually, the study proposes a 3-D dimensional module of knowledge integration, value modules, and product integration to analyze the realization model of industry chain integration, and explore organizational styles that can realize the three integration methods. Finally, case study will be conducted on Taiwan’s IC industry development process, and extract revelations on industry upgrading, and development of modularization by verification of integration theories.
