長度可調式曲柄設計

自行車具有環保及健康與休閒的功能，就這近幾年來各縣市政府也大力的在推廣騎自行車旅遊，建立了許多自行車專用道，配合各鄉鎮的地方特色，設立了很多旅遊點。就曲柄上為自行車傳動的主要零件，而使用者在使用時因曲柄選用長度與身高配合不當而產生了一些運動上的傷害。　　本研究針對一般大眾、身高腿長比例不同、小孩與女性及雙腿不等長之使用者提出研究創新設計方法，整合一套設計流程，設計程序從設計計劃的需求搭配不同設計方法進行求解，在設計輸入的規格制定，由設計限制條件建立、概念的產生、概念選擇、概念設計、具體化設計、雛型產出、設計再美化，並利用Solid Works繪圖軟體，建立長度可調式曲柄3D結構，匯入電腦軟體利用有限元素法進行分析比較。再執行設計輸出，完成2D設計圖面、打樣、測式等相關規範。　　本研究開發之長度可調式曲柄具有以下特色： 1．為無段式調整長度，方便使用者調整。 2．為輕量化、高強度、美觀的曲柄。 3．容易量產，中低價位的鋁合金曲柄

Cycling has become an important trend within recently society, the main feature including healthy, recreational and environmental protection. In recent years, the bicycle tourism has been promoted in a gradual manner by city and county government. The government launched a lot of bike paths and view points integrated into local characteristic of country-town. The crank is the main component of bicycle transmission, a crank arm of a bicycle having an effective crank arm length that can be selectively adjusted for increasing the comfort and performance of the rider to avoid the sport injury. The research objects are target on different general groups (male/female) and different heights of groups (adult/kid) for people whose one leg is shorter. The mainly consists of innovation research on design methodology about integrated a design flow. The design flow is the explicit combination of design requirements to accomplish the design methodology. The standard of design flow is built by design limited requirement, conception of design, decision of design, concretization of design, sketch of design, glorify of design, and use the graphic editing program “SolidWorks” to establish the length-adjustable crank on 3D model. It is easy-to-use the finite element method for analysis and comparison upon software program. Implementation print out of finished design, completed the design drawing and testing samples upon related specification. The study for the developed length-adjustable crank has the follow features: (1) .Non-standard crank arm lengths, easy adjustment by user. (2) .Lighting, high strength, and glorify crank arm. (3) .Easy production, the crank is belong to low-end level and made by alloy.
