新住民在臺灣扮演角色的重要性,隨著時間已愈趨具有影響力,新住民融入臺灣文化的過程將成為重要議題。因此,本研究旨在探討新住民在參與休閒過程中,其工作與休閒衝突、休閒動機、休閒涉入與正向情感之間的關係,進一步探討其社會支持對於上述變項關係間之調節效果。採立意抽樣方式針對臺灣台中地區越南籍新住民進行結構式問卷調查,獲得有效問卷總共發放318份。利用描述性統計及平均數差異檢定及淨最小平方法進行統計分析,研究結果顯示: 1.樣本資料其社經背景變項分佈,在性別部分主要為男性(51.6%);年齡主要為21~30歲(51.9%);婚姻狀況未婚居多(48.1%),其次是已婚-有小孩(38.1%);教育程度級高中(職)畢業居多(75.5%);移民到臺灣的年資3以上居多(54.7%);平均月收入20,001~30,000元居多(46.9%);每月參與休閒活動的次數2~3次居多(41.5%);每月參與休閒活動費用1,001~2,000元居多(32.7%)。 2.平均數差異檢定的研究結果:不同社經背景(性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度、平均月收入)的新住民,以及不同休閒參與行為(每月休閒參與次數、每月休閒參與費用)的新住民,對其休閒涉入程度、休閒動機、正向情緒及社會支持有部分顯著差異。3.在整體模式驗證結果部分:新住民之「休閒動機」、「休閒涉入」對於「正向情感」均有顯著正向影響;而新住民之「社會支持」在「休閒動機」對「休閒涉入」關係調節具有顯著標準;社會支持對於新住民之休閒動機對休閒涉入與正向情感之調節達顯著標準。最後提出若干管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。
The importance of the role of new immigrants Taiwan has become more and more influential over time, and the process of integrating new immigrants into Taiwan’s culture will become an important issue. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between work and leisure conflicts, leisure motivation, leisure involvement and positive emotions of new immigrants in the process of participating in leisure, and to further explore the moderating effects of their social support on the above-mentioned variable relationships. A structured questionnaire survey was conducted for new Vietnamese immigrants in Taichung, Taiwan, using a purposive sampling method, and a total of 318 valid questionnaires were issued. The study makes a use of descriptive statistics, test of the significance of difference and these models were analyzed by using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show sample information that: information socioeconomic status variable distribution is main for man (51.6%) in gender part which ages are in 21 to 30(51.9%); Most of them are unmarried (48.1%), next are married and have children (38.1%); senior high school graduated (75.5%). Immigrate to Taiwan over three years (54.7%) account for the majority and so does average monthly income between 20,001~30,000. Most of them participate leisure activity 2 to 3 (41.5%) times a month and the fee fall between 1,001~2,000 (32.7%) Research results of Mean Difference Test: Different socioeconomic backgrounds of new immigrants (gender, marital status, education level, average monthly income), different leisure participation behaviors of new immigrants(monthly leisure participation, monthly leisure participation fee), and their leisure involvement degree, there are some significant differences in leisure motivation, positive affect and social support. In the part of the overall model verification results : the "leisure motivation" and "leisure involvement" of the new immigrants have a significant positive impact on the " positive affect "; The social support of the new immigrants has a significant moderating effect of the relationship between "leisure motivation" and "leisure involvement". Finally, some suggestions on management implications and future research directions are put forward.
