摘要

自1989年APEC成立以來，亞太區域經濟合作經歷了30年的發展歷程，其發展演變有著深刻的國際政治經濟背景。因此，本文將結合經濟學和國際關係學相關理論對亞太區域經濟合作機制變遷進行了國際政治經濟分析。研究結果顯示，亞太地區各國經濟、政治、文化上的多樣性在一定程度程度上決定著亞太區域經濟合作進程的長期性和複雜性，伴隨著多機制並存，競爭性合作，未來發展趨勢主要取決於主要參與方的利益賽局和亞太地區的實現發展需要。

Since its establishment in 1989, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) has developed over 30 years under profound international political and economic background. Therefore, this study carried out an international political and economic analysis on the changes of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation mechanism from the perspective of economics and international relations. According to the results, diverse economies, politics, and the cultures of Asia-Pacific countries determine the long and complex process of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation to a certain extent. With the coexistence of multiple mechanisms and competitive cooperation, its future development trend mainly depends on the benefit game among main participants and the actual development needs of the Asia-Pacific region.
