COVID-19疫情下線上遠距課程之學生學習成效與學習滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討COVID-19疫情爆發後,線上遠距課程的學習成效學習滿意度。本研究以「COVID-19疫情下,線上遠距課程學生學習成效及學習滿意度之問卷」作為研究工具,總計共發放問卷170份,回收170份,問卷有效回收率100%。研究對象則以台灣於2021年5月18日後,因停課不停學政策而進行線上遠距教學之大專院校及研究所學生為主要問卷填答對象,探討在COVID-19疫情影響下,學校的授課教學模式由傳統面對面的線下實體課程授課方式,轉換成非面對面的線上遠距課程後的學習成效及學習滿意度。 本研究結論說明如下:(一)人口統計變數中,只有教育程度和疫情前有過線上遠距課程經驗對學習滿意度有顯著影響:(二)線上遠距課程使用設備中,筆記型電腦對學習滿意度有顯著的負向影響:(三)線上遠距課程上課場所對學習滿意度無顯著影響;(四)喜歡線上遠距課程的原因中,節省通勤時間對學習滿意度有顯著影響;(五)不喜歡線上遠距課程的原因中,容易分心及網路不穩對學習滿意度有較顯著的負向影響;(六)線上遠距課程學習成效對學習滿意度有部分顯著的影響;在知識獲得、技能提升、課程內容理解、學習成就感四個構面中,只有知識獲得和課程內容理解對學習滿意度有顯著影響。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness and satisfaction of online remote learning after the COVID-19 outbreak. A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed and 170 recovered by using the questionnaire "Questionnaire on the Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Students in Online Distance Courses" as a research tool. The recovered rate was 100%. The researchers surveyed students from universities and research institutes who started using distance classes on May 18th, 2021, to explore the outcome and satisfaction of learning after the transition from offline course to online distance courses. The research results are as follows: (1) Only educational attainment and pre-epidemic experience of online distance courses had a significant effect on learning satisfaction in the demographic variables;(2) The laptop had a significant negative effect on learning satisfaction in the equipment used in the distance course;(3) There was no significant effect on learning satisfaction in the distance course;(4) Saving commuting time had a significant effect on learning satisfaction in the reason why students like distance course;(5) Distractions and unstable networks had a more significant negative effect on learning satisfaction in the reason why students don’t like distance course;(6) The learning outcome of distance course had a partially significant effect on learning satisfaction; in the four aspects of learning outcome: knowledge acquisition, skills improvment, curriculum understanding and curriculum managment, only knowledge acquisition and curriculum understanding have a significant effect on learning satisfaction.
