台灣上市櫃營造公司之績效評估－隨機生產邊界法之應用

The Performance Evaluation for the Listed Firms in Taiwan’s Construction Industries: An Application of Stochastic Frontier Analysis

摘要

本研究主要利用Battese & Coelli（1995）所提出的隋機生產邊界法（SFA）做為分析技術效率的理論基礎。評估2010-2015年度台灣上市上櫃營造產業廠商經營之相對效率，受評估台灣上市上櫃營造業廠商之生產技術效率值平均數為0.289，因此，有大幅無效率的改善空間。受評估上市上櫃營造業廠商之產出面生產效率指數前3名為台開（0.644）、欣陸（0.573）、達欣工（0.485）。

The study adopts the Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) proposed by Battese & Coelli (1995) to estimate the efficiency performance of the listed firms in Taiwan's construction industries from 2012 to 2015. The following conclusions are found. The production technology efficiency of Taiwan's construction industries is low, only average of 0.289. Therefore, there is a lot of space for Inefficient improvement. This research used SFA model and measured the operating efficiency of construction firms in Taiwan, and to measure productivity index. The top three of output production efficiency index in order for TLDC(0.644)、CHC(0.573)、DA-CIN(0.485). The findings of this study, we can help construction firms to strategically adjust the management and improve cost efficiency.
