Uber共享經濟平台商業模式之個案研究

The Case Study of Uber Business Model of Sharing Economic Platform

摘要


傳統互聯網實現了「訊息共享」,而行動互聯網實現了「經濟共享」。各種APP能通過時間、地點、技能的匹配將物品的使用權分配到最需要它的地方,將資源利用率最大化,將多餘資源轉化成為生產力,因此,幾乎所有產業都將會被共享經濟所改變。所以,本文將以優步(Uber)為個案,探討共享經濟的商業模式。其研究結果顯示,隨著共乘、短期需求日益高漲,傳統的商業模式越來越難以滿足這一需求,Uber之所以能成功,要得益於其不斷普及的共乘服務,同時Uber司機以汽車資源共享的方式,利用自己的自由時間與閒置汽車為消費者提供出行服務,消費者享受到低成本、優質服務的同時,也給Uber司機帶來了更高的收入,與傳統出租車行業相比,Uber採用了一種截然不同的商業模式,是一種具有顛覆意義的O2O出租車服務。

The traditional Internet has achieved "message sharing," while the mobile Internet has achieved "economic sharing." APPs can allocate the right to use items on places where they are needed most, by matching time, place, and skill, maximizing resource utilization and converting excess resources into productivity, so that almost all industries will be changed by shared economic. Therefore, the article will be a case study of the business model of shared economy through Uber. Its research shows that the traditional business model more and more difficult to meet this demand because the multiplication, short-term demand is rising, the reason why Uber could be able to succeed, thanks to its ever-expanding sharing of services while Uber drivers using their free time and idle cars to provide travel services to consumers through car resource sharing, , consumers enjoy low-cost, high quality service, but Uber drivers have brought higher revenues and the traditional taxi industry in contrast, Uber uses a subversive O2O taxi service, which is a radically different business model ever.
