This study examines the F-stock firm performance association with ownership structure, board characteristics, capital structure, equity pledge ratio of managers etc. The sample period is from 2010 to 2014. The findings are that the ratio of insider’s ownership share, the ratio of manager’s share, the manger’s equity pledge ratio and debt ratio have significantly negative association with F-stock firm performance. In contrast, the ratio of large share’s holding, CEO duality and firm size have significantly positive association with F-stock firm performance. The results provide some important indicators related to F-stock firm performance and can help investors to understand how to evaluate F-stock firm performance.
