本論文首在探究「醫療從業人員之組織文化、知識管理及工作績效之關係」,採用人員問卷訪問並採便利抽樣調查的方式進行。共發放 400 份問卷,回收有效問卷 302份,主要使用 SPSS 統計軟體來進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、探索性因素分析、t 檢定及變異數分析、迴歸分析等研究方式與技術,藉此瞭解醫院員工之組織文化、知識管理及工作績效之關係為何,以提供日後醫療產業參考。 本研究結果包括:(一) 「組織文化」、「知識管理」及「工作績效」三變項間有 顯著相關。(二) 「組織文化」對「工作績效」有正向影響。(三) 「知識管理」對「工作績效」有正向影響。(四)不同人口統計變項在「組織文化」、「知識管理」及「工作績效」皆有顯著差異之表現。由此可證明,對於醫療產業而言,若能透過建全組織文化或建立良好的知識管理系統,藉此提升員工的工作績效,對於業者將有正向助益。
This thesis, “The Research of the Influence of Hospital Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management on the Job Performance--The Case of Medical Institutions in Central Taiwan”, adopts questionnaire interview, which was conducted with convenience sampling.Four hundred (400) questionnaires were distributed, and three hundred two (302) valid copies were collected. This survey mainly adopted SPSS statistical program to process analytical methods and techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and more.The above analyses will help understand the effect of organizational culture and knowledge management on job performance , can serve as a future reference for medical institutions about their operation. The quantitative analysis reveals that (1) there is a significant correlation between "Organizational Culture", "Knowledge Management", and "Job Performance"; (2) "Organizational Culture" has a positive effect on "Job Performance"; (3)"Knowledge Managemen" has a positive effect on "Job Performance"; (4) "Demographic Variables" has a Significant Difference on "Organizational Culture", "Knowledge Management" and "Job Performance".These indicate that there is a significant positive effect within instant Hospital Employees‘Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, and job performance.Basing on the findings, medical institutions are suggested to build organizational culture and a good Knowledge Management. In this way, job performance will be expected.
