國防部為符合國防需求及社會發展,將現階段「徵、募併行」的兵役制度,轉型為「募兵制」以建立一支「量少、質精、戰力強」的現代化專業軍隊。而在我國逐步走向募兵制以志願從軍為主之際,近年經濟不景氣造成就業困難,面對兵役制度改變與就業選擇之考量。然而兵役制度轉型期間,則有多數的志願役官兵在役期服滿後就選擇退伍,造成人才的流失,不僅會對國軍基層部隊戰力維持造成影響,更會形成國防訓練成本大量挹注的情形。因此,本研究的目的在於瞭解新進志願役士兵在從軍動機、工作價值觀、及在部隊適應的差異與關係,並據以研擬適當的精進策略。因此,本研究以臺灣中部地區志願役士兵為實證對象,探討志願役士兵從軍動機與工作價值觀對部隊適應之影響。 本研究以問卷調查法,從2016年2月開始進行,至2016年3月30日結束問卷調查作業。共計發放300份問卷,回收有效問卷共300份,有效回收率100%(300/300)。將所得資料,以SPSS 21.0統計套裝軟體,對本研究各項假設,進行資料分析與處理工作。所採用之統計方法包括描述統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析、相關分析、交叉與卡方檢定、變異數分析及迴歸分析析。本研究分析結果如下:(一)從軍動機對部隊生活適應有顯著性正向影響。(二)工作價值觀對部隊生活適應有顯著性正向影響。(三)從軍動機與工作價值觀對部隊生活適應有顯著性正向影響。
Ministry of National Defense is losing a considerable amount of human resources during the transformation of the recent recruiting strategy, from half-compulsary to entirely recruiting. Many of the officers and soldiers wished to resign from military simply because they’ve reached their minimum years of compulsory service. This effect will not only sabotage the balance of basic armed forces’ fighting power, but also cause a significant budget increasing on training cost of national defense. Therefore, this research is focusing on a better understanding of enlistment motivation, military adjustment and work value, trying to find out and modify a better strategy of improving service quality. Therefore, the questionnaire survey is employed in this study. The subject is based on the Voluntary servicemen in a certain recruit training center in the middle of Taiwan and to investigate the effect Volunteer military army soldiers Motivation and work values of the military of adaptation. This study applied quantities research and develops multiple-item measures of multiple-dimensions amounted to 300 questionnaire in 2016, in a total sample of 300 with valid collection rates of 100%. The data gathered were thus analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression models. The results indicates that (1) Significant influence on the willingness to join the military for military adjustment. (2) Significant influence on most work values orientation for military adjustment. (3) Significant influence on willingness to join the military and most work values orientation for military adjustment.
