食品標章、產品形象與購買意願關係之研究—以臺中市高中(職)生為例

摘要


隨著國人健康意識的抬頭與資訊揭露,政府訂定食品標章制度以保障消費者權益,青少年對於零食、飲料等食品市場而言是重要的消費者,在學校場域部分,為保障高中生食的安全,在高級中等學校所販售之食品亦受到相關法令規定,當出了校門之後,高中生購買食品時,會不會選擇具有標章驗證的食品與其對產品形象的影響是本論文研究要旨。 本研究係以臺中市高中職學生為研究對象,共計發出問卷600份,回收557份,有效問卷463份,有效回收率為83%,利用問卷調查取得之資料以SPSS21.0統計軟體進行樣本資料結構分析、敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、人口統計變項之差異分析(獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析)。研究結果發現:(一)消費者對食品標章認知正向影響購買意願。(二)消費者產品形象認知顯著正向影響購買意願。(三)消費者對食品標章認知顯著正向影響產品形象。(四)人口統計變項不同,食品標章認知、產品形象以及購買意願有部分顯著性的差異。

With the rise of health awareness and information disclosure, the government has established a food labeling system to protect consumer rights. The teenagers are important consumers in food markets such as snacks and beverages, how do high school students choose when buying food? In this study, we conducted a questionnaire to investigate the influence of food certification label, and product iamge on purchases intention of high school students in Taichung City Through the study, 600 questionnaires were distributed and 557 were returned. We further excluded 94 questionnaires due to incomplete and invalid answers, which left a total of 463 (83%) valid questionnaires in our study. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. The SPSS frequency distribution, reliability analysis, and the multiple regression analysis were used determine the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results support most of the hypotheses. In conclusion, we found food certification label and food iamge influence on purchases intention.
