傳統產業企業社會責任實踐與員工組織承諾關聯之研究-以大陸台商為例

The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation and Employee Organizational Commitment in the Traditional Industry – A Research of Taiwanese Firms in Mainland China

摘要


近年來各國政府要求企業承擔企業社會責任的呼聲越來越高,企業社會責任實踐 已經成為一種趨勢。隨著中國大陸經濟高速發展及經濟結構的變化,企業的員工意識 抬頭,許多企業逐漸了解員工對企業永續發展的重要性,同時也是企業競爭的重要因 素之一。本研究以在大陸傳統產業之台商公司為研究樣本,利用紙本問卷調查方法蒐 集資料,探討企業社會責任實踐與員工組織承諾之關係,並且比較台籍員工和陸籍員 工對於公司實踐企業社會責任的感受及員工組織之承諾。 研究發現:一、大陸傳統產業企業社會責任實踐與員工組織承諾具有顯著相關。 二、大陸傳統產業下台籍員工和陸籍員工對於公司實踐企業社會責任的感受有顯著差 異,陸籍員工對於公司實踐企業社會責任的感受明顯高於台籍員工,可能是台籍員工 對企業社會責任實踐的標準比陸籍員工高。三、大陸傳統產業下台籍員工和陸籍員工 對於組織的承諾也有顯著差異,陸籍員工對於組織承諾的感受明顯高於台籍員工。

Many Governments have developed various declarations, guidelines, principles for companies to implement corporate social responsibility. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) become a trend. China had rapid economic development lead the rise of corporate awareness of employees. More and more companies understand the employee was the most important factor for sustainable development. The sample data were collected from Taiwanese companies located in the mainland China. The study investigated the relationship between CSR and Employee’ Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, we compared the perception of CSR and employee organizations commitment between Taiwanese employees and Chinese employees. The findings are as follows: 1.The correlation between CSR and employee organizational commitment was positive. 2. Chinese employees had higher perception on Company’s implementation of CSR, it might due to Taiwanese employees had higher standards of implementation of CSR Corporate. 3.Chinese employees showed higher organizational commitment than Taiwanese employees in value commitment and retention commitment
