綠色人力資源管理、綠色組織氣候與員工綠色行為之研究

A Study of Green Human Resource Management, Green Organizational Climate, and Employees’ Green Behavior

摘要


本研究主要探討綠色人力資源管理、綠色組織氣候與員工綠色行為之影響。並瞭解企業是否可透過「綠色人力資源管理」的治理後改善「綠色組織氣候」與「員工綠色行為」為進而協助企業達成永續成效之影響,構成三贏局面。因此,本研究針對國內所有中型、大型與小型企業,且多為製造業為研究對象。研究者使用量化研究,以問卷方式來做問卷調查,問卷於2021年 3月24日開始施測發送,並於2022年4月27日止結束問卷回收,共發放200份,有效問卷169份,有效回收率84.5%,取得問卷數據資料後,以SPSS20版本電腦統計軟體進行分析,包括:信度分析、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數(ANOVA)、皮爾森相關、迴歸分析等分析。研究發現,綠色人力資源管理對綠色組織氣候有正向影響,綠色組織氣候對員工綠色行為有正向影響, 綠色人力資源管理對員工綠色行為有正向影響。該研究期望在理想的綠色人力資源管理中反映綠色組織氛圍和員工綠色行為之間的相關性。本研究建議公司和人力資源管理者應建立綠色人力資源管理政策。

This study examines the impact of green HRM, green organizational climate, and employee green behavior. The study also aims to understand whether enterprises can improve their “green organizational climate” and “employee’s green behavior” through the management of “green HRM” to help them achieve sustainable results, thus creating a win-win-win situation. Therefore, this study focuses on large, medium and small enterprises in Taiwan, mostly in the manufacturing industry. However, this study applied quantities research and multiple-item of amounted to 169 questionnaires in 2021. In a total sample of 200 which valid collection rates of 84.5%. The analysis included: Reliability analysis, One-Sample t Test, One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson Correlation analysis, Regression analysis, were conducted using SPSS20. The result shows that the green HRM has a positive effect on green organizational climate, green organizational climate has a positive effect on employees' green behavior, and green HRM has a positive effect on employees' green behavior. The study expects to reflect correlation between green organizational climate and employee’s green behaviors within desirable green human resource management. This study suggests that company and HR managers should establish Green HRM policies.
