臺灣傳統製造業、工業因應原物料成本、工資飆漲及大量產業外移、政策之影響,逐漸演進為以服務業為主的觀光工廠型態,藉以改善產業本質和建立轉型。然觀光工廠未來之經營管理何去何從及該如何脫穎而出,其關鍵成功因素深值探討。本研究首以文獻分析與深度訪談了解觀光工廠營運現況,次以5W1H分析法、ISM及AHP分析關鍵成功因素各項關鍵成功因素,得到觀光工廠關鍵成功因素5項經營準則:(A)創新行銷準則、(B)產品價值準則、(C)品牌意象準則、(D)經營實務準則及(E)經營轉型準則等5項,作為觀光工廠經營管理準則之參考依據。最後並以LGRA分析觀光工廠最佳關鍵成功發展3個方案,其中以行銷經營方案為最重要,其次是服務設施方案,最後才是企業轉型方案。研究結果可提供業者及政府相關單位,做為未來擬定經營及輔導策略的主要依據。
Owing to the raising of manufacturing costs and wages, the impact of the policy and the moving out phenomenon of the industry, Taiwan’s traditional industries have been transformed to the service model of tourism factory. Thus, the management of key success factors (KSF) of tourism factory was worth exploring. The main results could be concluded as follow in this study. There were not only could be found the current situations of tourism factory by methods of documentary analysis and in-depth interviews, but also the management of the KSF of tourism factory could be got analyzed by methods of 5W1H, ISM and AHP. The 5 KSF of Tourism factory of business criteria: (A) innovative marketing criteria, (B) product value criteria, (C) brand image criteria, (D) business practices criteria, (E) business transformation. Those criteria could be as a reference basis of tourism factory operation and management guidelines. It was proposed the proposals of KSF could be analyzed by LGRA, one of the most important is marketing management plan, followed by the program of services and facilities, and the transformation plan is the last. The results of this research could provide for government and enterprises who want upgrade the industries for references.
