環境保護與金融手段之賽局理論分析

由於人類過度的生產與消費而引致的環境問題，已經到了不得不加以重視並採取有效措施予以補救和改善的時候了。因此，本研究目的主要利用賽局理論方法分析企業進行環境保護與金融手段之間關係。研究結果顯示，金融手段的引入是有其必要性；得到金融手段對市場主體具有刺激性而不具有強制性；金融手段的運用能夠充分發揮市場機制的作用；金融手段的運用具有較高的經濟效率；金融手段具有較強的預測性。最後，提出建議：銀行業和保險業要積極履行環境責任；加快環境金融產品創新，促進綠色經濟發展；建立一套完整、成熟的環境經濟政策體系。

Excessive production and consumption by mankind has caused serious environmental problems, which requires timely attention as well as effective remedial and improvement measures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between environment protection measures and financial means adopted by enterprises, using game theory. The research results show that the introduction of financial means is considered necessary. The financial means are stimulating to market players, yet not compelling. The utilization of financial means allows the full play of the market mechanism and brings higher economic efficiency. Also, financial means are relatively more predictive. The last part contains recommendations from the author: The banking and insurance industries have to actively fulfill their environmental responsibilities. Actions should be taken to expedite the innovation of environmental financial products and the development of a green economy. It is also necessary to build up an integrated and sophisticated environmental economic policy system.
