服務品質、商店形象與顧客滿意度之研究-以傳統女裝服飾店為例

摘要


本論文研製之近年來,由於網路服飾店鋪崛起導致實體傳統女裝服飾店的經營益發嚴峻,在此競爭環境之下,要如何提供良好服務品質與建立優質商店形象來提高顧客滿意度。因此本研究提升傳統女裝服飾店形象。本研究採問卷調查法,以傳統女裝服飾店顧客為對象,回收有效問卷共289份,使用SPSS做為分析工具。實證結果可提供業者強化服務品質並提高傳統女裝服飾店形象,借為參考有助提升競爭力。

Due to the rise of online clothing stores, the operation of physical traditional women's clothing stores has become increasingly severe. In this competitive environment, we are committed to service quality and a high-quality store image to improve customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study enhances the image of traditional women's clothing stores. This paper adopts the proprietary survey methods, takes customers of traditional women's clothing stores as their primary source of information, and collects a total of 289 valid questionnaires, using SPSS as its analysis tool. The results could provide the industry with enhanced service quality and improve the image of traditional women's clothing stores, so as to help enhance competitiveness
