歷史空間再利用之經營研究-以臺中刑務所演武場為例

摘要


本研究係以臺中刑務所演武場為個案研究對象,深入剖析其歷史空間再利用的經營策略現況與得失,以作為相關單位未來推動歷史空間再利用時之規劃及經營參考。 在研究方法上,採用文獻探討、深度訪談及實地觀察等研究工具進行探討。本研究首先對文化資產保存、歷史空間再利用等相關文獻進行回顧,以強化研究認知;其次再藉由實地觀察及深度訪談,進行相關資料蒐集及分析。 經過本研究認為面對歷史空間的再利用,是文化資產保存後價值的再創,也是將文化產業化的一種型態,在思考經營的層面時,應以產業鏈的角度,做完整性的規劃,創造循環性的價值。從上游的創新研發,思考其定位、創意與原建物的激盪與連結;中游的生產與經營,應思考多元化的經營,少量多樣具豐富的變化,但最重要的是文化價值核心主軸須明確,且與該歷史空間建立明確的連結,應建立出與一般民間館舍使用之差異化;下游的行銷通路,除了透過網路平台的建立、媒體的報導與拍攝、還可透過即時通訊軟體的資訊連結與發佈及與公部門的活動合作、互相幫忙加強行銷。

This study is based on the case study of Taichung Budokan Martial Arts Hall, and analyzes the current operation strategy and its gains and losses on the historical space reuse as the planning reference for the future promotion of historical space recycling. As for research methods, literature review, in-depth interviews and field observation are utilized. In order to strengthen the research awareness, the cultural assets preservation and historical space reuse are first reviewed. Next, the relevant data collection and analysis are conducted by the field observation and in-depth interviews. From the results, the historical space reuse is the recreation of the value of cultural assets, and it is also a form of cultural industrialization. The industrial chain perspective should be carefully considered and business policy should be deliberately planned to create the value of recycling. There are three stages to be suggested for the conclusive information. From the first sage, innovation and developmental orientation can be mutually connected with the original architecture. The second stage focuses on the production and multi-management, especially on diversified operations with unique and rich varieties. But, the most important factor is the specification of the cultural core value. The reused building can be established differently from the civil ones and clearly linked with the original historical space. The third stage is the marketing channels. In addition to the establishment of the network platform, media reports and film shooting are beneficial as well. Furthermore, through the governmental cooperation with public activities can promote and strength the marketing channels.
