台灣上市櫃營建公司之績效決定因子─公司治理及資料包絡分析法之運用

The Determinants on Performance for Listed Construction Companies in Taiwan: An Application of Corporate Governance and Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要

本研究主要利用Färe et al.,(1994)生產面Malmquist生產力指數（tfpch），再細分為生產技術效率變動指數(effch)、技術變動指數(techch)、純技術效率變動指數(pech)與規模效率變動指數(sech)等來評估台灣上市營建公司的生產效率與生產力。
在2010-2015年間，台灣上市營建公司生產力指數effch、techch、pech、sech及tfpch平均值分別為0.999 ，1.006，0.998 ，1.00及 1.005。代表在估計期間受評估台灣上市營建公司生產面生產力tfpch是有0.47%（＝1.0047-1）的提升。

The study adopts the method of Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) developed by Färe et al. (1994) to estimate production efficiency and productivity for listed construction companies in Taiwan. Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) includes technical efficiency change (effech), technical change (techch), pure technical efficiency change (pech) and scale efficiency change (sech).
From 2010 to 2015, the average values of productivity index of listed construction companies in Taiwan, effech, techch, pech, sech and tfpch, are 0.999, 1.006, 0.998, 1.00 and 1.0047 respectively. It indicates that the tfpch productivity index of listed construction companies in Taiwan has increased about 0.47%.
