摘要
本文以 DEA 為基礎方法，推導效率與生產力指數 進行 S 公司 3 家分公司 105
年 107 年的生產效率和生產力績效評估 。在 估計期間，受評估 S 公司 3 家分公司
是有 3.98% 的生產技術無效率，其無效率的來源是來自於 S 公司的規模無效率。 S
公司可藉由擴大規模改善公司生產無效率。實證指出，受評估的 S 公司 是有 33.75%
的生產面生產力提升。 B 分公司在效率與生產力指數均須改善。

ABSTRACT
The research of study uses DEA to derive the efficiency and productivity index,
and evaluates the production efficiency and productivity performance of the three
branches of S Company from 2016 to 2018. During the sample period, the th ree
branches of S company under evaluation are 3.98% of the production technology
inefficiency, the reason of its inefficiency is the scale inefficiency from S company.
Company S can improve its production inefficiency by expanding its scale.
Empirical evi dence points out that the evaluated S company has a production
productivity increase of 33.75%. The efficiency and productivity index of branch B
must be improved.
