摘要


互聯網平台企業的市場結構與經濟特徵是解決當前互聯網平台企業反壟斷分析,特別是相關市場界定分析中遇到的困難與挑戰的關鍵所在。也是反壟斷執法機構在該領域正確實施反壟斷政策的重要前提。因此,本文以市場結構理論為基礎,反壟斷經濟學的視角,從商業模式、網路效應、市場結構和創新表現等角度詳細分析了互聯網平台企業的經濟特徵及其對市場競爭分析的影響,以其為後續探索互聯網平台企業相關市場界定方法找到突破口。

The market structure and economic characteristics of Internet platform enterprises are the keys to solving the difficulties and challenges encountered in the anti-monopoly analysis of Internet platform enterprises, especially the definition and analysis of related markets. It is also an important prerequisite for anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies to correctly implement anti-monopoly policies in this field. Therefore, based on the theory of market structure and the perspective of anti-monopoly economics, this paper analyzes in detail the economic characteristics of Internet platform enterprises and their impact on market competition analysis from the perspectives of business model, network effect, market structure, and innovation performance, to find a breakthrough for the subsequent exploration of the relevant market definition methods of Internet platform enterprises.
