競爭策略的技術獲取型跨國併購行為

技術獲取型跨國併購是我國企業主動學習與吸收國外先進科技知識，實現技術跨國移轉的一種有效手段。為了從理論上說明開發中國家對已開發國家的「資產擴展」併購投資和已開發國家對開發國家「資產利用」型併購投資以及兩者之間的相互併購行為，並形成邏輯一致的解釋，本文建構了基於技術獲取為目的的跨國併購賽局模型，通過對模型的分析，本文發現跨國經營成本的高低對已開發國家與開發中國家的企業對外跨國併購均有著重要的影響。研究結果顯示，已開發國家資產利用型投資的動機在於擴展市場，發揮其技術壟斷優勢，而開發中國家對已開發國家的「資產擴展」型投資則包含技術獲取與市場拓展的雙重目的。這樣，對開發中國家技術獲取能力、技術吸引與消化能力、國際市場的擴展能力提出了更高的要求。

Cross-border acquisitions of technology sourcing make our enterprises learning actively and absorb foreign advanced technological knowledge also realize technology transnational. In order to explain the asset augmenting investment of the developing country to the developed country, asset exploiting investment for the developed country to the developing country,and the mutual mergers and acquisitions between the two then form a logically consistent explanation. The article based on technology sourcing , it constructs a multinational merger and cross-border acquisitions. Through analysis of the model, this article finds that the level of operation of multinational enterprises has an important impact on the cross-border acquisitions of enterprises in developed and developing countries. The result of the study show that the motive for investment in the developed country's asset utilization is to expand the market and give play to its technological monopoly advantage, while the asset expansion investment in the developed country by the developing country includes the dual purpose of technology acquisition and market expansion. In this way, higher requirements have been placed on the technology acquisition capabilities, technology attraction and digestion capabilities of the developing countries, and the expansion capabilities of the national market.
